Instagram: Buddha Bowls

Buddha Bowls for lunch this week: pearl barley, chickpeas, red bell pepper, edamame, green onions, red kale, cilantro, broccoli, sunflower seeds. Sauce is: tamari, sriracha, garlic powder, lemon juice, and peanut butter mixed together. So good! I have a psychological block about eating “salads” (they never sound appetizing), so I love the idea of a mixed veggie Buddha Bowl instead.
