I liked this article! Eating healthy isn’t just for classy rich people. It’s all about identifying what is truly healthy (whole foods from the produce section) and making it your priority to buy those foods because they’re better for your health. Pay more on food now, or pay more later on healthcare costs!

^ PS: The photo above is me standing behind our cartful of groceries at our local grocery store a few months ago. It’s pretty typical - bunches of bananas, a huge bag of broccoli, a few onions, apples, strawberries if they’re on sale, and then cans/beans/pasta/grains from the non-produce section. We make it our priority to buy these healthier foods.
